Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Gerart provides AI-assisted creative tooling, workspace collaboration, and storage. Usage is metered by workspace credits and governed by fair use limits.

2. Billing and subscriptions

• Gerart offers three Hybrid plans: Start ($697/mo), Growth ($1,497/mo), and Expert ($2,999/mo).
• Additional seats are billed at $50 per seat per month on all plans.
• Each additional seat adds 1,500 monthly credits to the workspace pool.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal date.

3. Credits and top-ups

• Credits are allocated per billing period and consumed by usage events.
• When credits are depleted, eligible operations may be blocked until renewal or top-up.
• Top-ups are prepaid; consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Fraudulent or chargeback top-ups may be reversed.

4. Brand licensing policy

• Start plan includes 1 licensed brand. Growth includes 3. Expert includes unlimited.
• Brand licenses are workspace-specific and may not be reassigned without approval.

5. Fair use

• No plan includes unlimited usage claims.
• Automated abuse, scraping, credential sharing, and malicious traffic are prohibited.
• Gerart may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate abusive accounts to protect platform integrity.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or product requirements. Material updates are communicated in-app or by email.
