Seat policy
- Additional seat price: $50/month per seat
- Each additional seat adds 1,500 monthly credits to the workspace pool
- Seat changes apply in the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified in writing
Credit and top-up policy
- Credits are pooled at workspace level and consumed by product usage events
- When credits run out, usage is blocked until renewal or approved top-up
- Top-ups are prepaid and non-refundable once consumed

- Every workspace can message the Gerart team from GerartCanvas for creative help
- Chat replies are best-effort; the support response targets that apply are the ones in the SLA
Fair use policy (no unlimited claims)
- Gerart uses credit-based metering for AI operations and workspace automation
- Automated abuse, scraping, credential sharing, and non-human traffic are prohibited
- Gerart may throttle or suspend abusive usage to protect platform reliability
- No plan is marketed or sold as unlimited usage
